Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver products throughout the United Arab Emirates, including:

Delivery availability may vary depending on product type, supplier location, and service coverage area.

UAE Stock Products

Products stocked within the UAE are usually processed and dispatched quickly.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Dubai: Approximately 1–2 hours for eligible products and locations.

  • Other Emirates: Usually within 1–3 business days.

  • Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic conditions, weather, public holidays, high-demand periods, or courier-related factors.

International & Dropshipping Products

Some products available on our website are sourced directly from international suppliers through our dropshipping network.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • International products typically require 7–21 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on supplier location, customs procedures, shipping carrier performance, and destination.

Customers will be informed if a product is sourced internationally before order confirmation.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after order confirmation and successful payment verification where applicable.

  • UAE stock orders are generally processed on the same day.

  • International and dropshipping orders are processed after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed during weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible products shipped from within the United Arab Emirates.

Customer Pickup

ZS Gulf Digital operates as an online-only retail business.

Customer pickup is not available. All orders are delivered directly to the customer’s provided address.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please notify us as soon as possible and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and provide assistance in accordance with our Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy.
